[hangout-chat] Hangout ID missing

I tried to deploy this project, and i keep getting the error "Hangout ID Missing", is there a place i need to enter this ID? I have followed the steps given.

You have to start the Hangout App first where you get the link for the external chat. The Hangout ID is supplied as query parameter. The error just shows that you tried to call the external chat page (i.e. the index page) without this parameter.
