Checksums

Hi,

At least some of the data I've got appears to have been corrupted during download (mismatching md5sum for file after downloading a new copy).

I was wondering if checksums or some other kind of integrity checking were available? Ideally I'd not like to have to download the whole thing and check for consistency.
