"View more details on GitHub Actions" should point to the raw build logs instead of the check results

Currently, the button "View more details on GitHub Actions" redirects to results of the check and that's hardly useful.

In my opinion, It should instead point to the raw build logs that generated the check. Usually that will contain the raw build logs
