I just wonder if it is worth to migrate test/base images as we will not maintain them in the long-term. But it depends on the effort of migration.

@valentinvieriu what is the status for @kyma-project/hasselhoff team about migration outside of Prow? The deadline was moved from end of January to end of February 2024.
