Unable to resize torf-gui to fit inside 1366x768 screen on Windows 11

Finally used 0.4.1 on a small laptop with an older screen and I couldn't resize in Windowed mode to fit inside the desktop. Had to fullscreen to even use it and even that crunches the entire GUI together. See screenshots. Note how I can't go below the "source" section of the UI due to it going under the taskbar. Fullscreen is also weird looking if you look at the torrent options section.

Can we also make the GUI more widescreen-friendly? It's getting quite a bit tall, height-wise. Thanks in advance.
