Align\Move redesign

Add Move mode to the Align box. Define Align and Move buttons, illustrated by icons, as a prominent header for the Align\Move section. 'What': Selection (aka 'UVs', default) or Cursor. 'How' (as 'Target'): Move by Canvas (default) or by Cursor (the cursor position defines the movement amounts on U and V) Add Move Scaling property to the Redo panel (default=1)

Add Align Cursor. Target: to Selection, to Canvas(default)

Prioritize use (and reuse) of icons over dropdowns for better UX and UI. Care about responsive changes to appearance of the section over mode selection to potentially avoid erratic UX.

Use an unified Redo panel with buttons (basically, a mirror of how the section looks like in the N panel)
