Add toggle arrow button in Testimonials section .

Description

If we add forward and backward toggle arrow button in "Testimonials " at position " What does the community have to say about us? " section . I think it works good because in timer feature not easy to read about community in less time . so @SauravMukherjee44 bhaiya If you like this idea please assign me this work .
