👨‍💻 Changes proposed

-> updated the navigation bar of resource.html by adding CBSE Notes (cbse_notes.html) after NCERT Books -> Also updated the font style of the headings (i.e, .hover-underline-animation)

-> added a section CBSE notes in resource.html along with a button linked to cbse_notes.html

-> slightly changed the exposure of .main (background image to 90%), updated the width of containers to 90% and adjusted the size of the books, updated the hover animation on books, updated the hover on "More notes", "More books" buttons.
