Feature: Want to add smooth toggle effect and only one tab should be visible at a time

Feature description

In our given website toggling effect is too fast compared with whole other effects.

This below video gives us a glance on smooth toggling effect.

Another issue is in below image, we can see like we can see many answers at a time, but for better user friendly it should open one at a time.

And I can resolve both issues, Please assign this task to me.
