Bug Report: Broken Hyperlinks of Privacy Policy in footer sections of all the pages.

Reproduction steps

As a new Privacy Policy Page is created recently for AEC Library. But the hyperlinks of footer sections are still not pointing to privacy policy page.

• Linking ahref of privacy policy to its correct url.
