Bug Report: Sign up form is accepting incorrect mobile number format

Reproduction steps

While surfing the website I found that on the sign-up page the form will accepting the wrong Phone numbers also. Usually It should accept only 10 digit . There is need of validation.

Expected behavior

Sign-up form should accept only 10 digit number. And if not 10 digit show some alert.

Actual Behavior

Sign-up form accepting any number of digits in phone number section.
