Bug Report: Header and footer improvement.

Reproduction steps

Header and footer for different pages on the website is different. I would like to add similar header and footer for each page, and navigation linking within the header to improve website's interface.

Expected behavior

• Navigation within the website will be easier if each page will be having same navigation links.
• Similar styling for each page will make it look attractive.

Actual Behavior

• While shifting to different pages there is a bit different styling for header and footer in each page.
• Blogs page is having different navbar links when compared to other pages.
• Resources page is not having actual navbar links making it bit difficult for user to shift to another page.

I would like to work on this issue under GSSOC'23. Kindly assign this issue to me.
