Where do game assets go? Which ones are needed?

There should probably be some info in the readme explaining all that. I don't think the exes and dlls would be needed for this, but I'm not 100% sure. I would think the arcs would be needed, though.

Data.rsdk goes in sd:/3ds/SonicCD I'm pretty sure. Unlike the sm64 port they are loaded from the sdcard at runtime.
