Merge patients

We are still creating duplicate patient files - I'd love to have a simple way to merge them.

THIS IS NOT A PRIORITY, but would be great.

I did, and we are working on a solution in Osler that would ask to make sure the person want to create a duplicate workup for a patient made that day.

Maybe @nbeck90 's "search anything" function could be employed at patient submit-time?
