Timeline Feature to Track Patient Encounter

Many EMRs track a patients progres through the clinic through a checklist/timeline, and this would greatly enhance our ability to query data on how the clinic is progressing. Essentially making an online version of the whiteboard that the SNHC is currently using. Should be relatively easy to implement as a set of checklists with timestamps. I think I will make a timeline object and each time a patient is activated,a new timeline is made.

This would be a great idea, and I think it would be appropriate to make this its own app within the project.

I also think we need to pay attention to cleaning up our existing codebase, too.
