follow ups
could the format of the "general" follow up not include a required field for communicating with the patient? we need some follow up type that allows us to document other types of communication (eg faxed forms to Employment Connection, or called Medicine Shoppe re: voucher, etc)
more specifically:
Add "fax" and "mail" to contact methods
Change "Contact resolution" to open text field: who did you contact?
Leave general comment field.
- [ ] General Followup should not require communication (e.g. call Medicine Shoppe is a valid general followup not requiring patient contact)
- [ ] Update "Contact Resolution" to be free text: "who did you contact" (selected from dropdown of availiable contacts?)
@radhikajain adding "fax" and "mail" can be done from the admin panel.
