Add Clickable URLs for TXIDs and Bitcoin Addresses Linking to Mempool

Transaction IDs (TXIDs) and Bitcoin addresses displayed in the UI are not currently linked to our mempool instance, requiring users to manually copy and search for them. Adding clickable URLs would improve usability. Modify the UI to wrap TXIDs, Bitcoin and Liquid addresses in clickable URLs that point to the corresponding pages on the Liquid or Bitcoin mempool instance ran by Bull.
