Showing the button

• If an unconfirmed outbound transaction signals RBF, a "bump fee" button should appear
• Bump fee button should never appear on inbound transactions
• Bump fee button should never appear on confirmed outbound transactions
• If a transaction doesn't signal RBF, the button should NOT appear

Bumping

• When clicking bump, a new page should open
• The page should show what is the fee that was used for the transaction originally
• The page should show the fastest feerate from mempool only (no need to have the other feerate, just the fastest)
• The page should also have a custom feerate box
• So the user has 2 options: choose the fastest feerate to bump, or custom feerate

After bumped

• On the tx page, should show that it has been bumped already. Maybe put the date/time it was bumped and what feerate it was bumped with
• We should be careful to make sure that it doesn't show up as a new transaction in the tx list
