image server to client copy failed

I have the server and client installed on my Mac, and the client installed on my Windows machine. When copying images or taking screenshots on my Mac, the images often fail to paste on Windows, though occasionally they do. However, when copying images or taking screenshots on Windows, they paste smoothly on my Mac. Why is this?
