The issue of sharing pictures between two Android phones

How to share images between two Android phones: Phone A is Android 9, Phone B is HarmonyOS 3.0 (with ADB permissions granted). When B shares to A, there is a prompt but no download option in the notification bar. When A shares to B, there is no prompt at all.
