Consider adding table with rows as places (states / counties)

Currently we have a table with rows of demographic breakdowns and columns of results

It would increase accessibility and potentially be useful for obtaining finer-grained data to offer another table card with geographic regions as rows (states at the national level view; counties at state view) and results (per selected demographic? / per each available demographic?) as the rows

A version of this is offered by the highest/lowest box right now.
