Hi, I'm a beginner of quantum computing. I don't understand the function of those quantum logic gates (especially those with angles), and I don't know how to implement the current machine learning algorithm in the way of quantum computing. Do you have any learning materials to recommend?

Hi @SolinTao Qiskit is an excellent source of learning material, with university level courses, videos, notebooks... Gates are well detailed. There is a machine learning section.
