add date filtering

The current state of gpuinfo is not very useful because Vulkan has been around for many years, leading to very old reports from drivers lacking support for all extensions/features released or implemented in subsequent years.

It would be great if there was some way to filter reports by date, and then also if the default view/graphs only showed driver releases from the last year or two.
