Please change MakeFIle rules to allow linux build in a windows machine too

faced a lot if issues wgen trying to build a non VISUAL STUDIO project in windows machine ,

I don't do cross compiling from Windows to Linux. If that's something you want to see in this project, feel free to provide a pull request.
