Submit the package to MELPA

Make sure that the package is suitable for MELPA (https://github.com/melpa/melpa/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.org) and submit the pull request.

Any movement on this? Many of my teammates do not use an emacs configuration that allows them to pull from GitHub.

It appears that alchemist finally broke on Emacs 29, so I would love to use it as soon as it hits MELPA or any other package archive!
