zig-nanoid Support for Zig version 0.13+

Considering that Zig has its own package management tooling now (managed by build.zig.zon files), and there's been some changes to the APIs used by build.zig, this package is now outdated and doesn't support the latest versions of Zig.

Thanks for pointing this out. I haven't kept up well with zig updates, but I will try to do so in a weekend and update the package.

Started work on it today, hopefully tomorrow or sometime this week ill get it done. Havent done zig in a bit so lots of changes. Will ask for feedback after I'm done. Also adding zon support.

Almost done, if you'd like to provide feedback or use it already before I merge into main check branch v1.1.0

I tested it with zon and it seems to work well. My only annoyance right now is that some stuff about the build system is unclear to me.
