Implement a method to handle form data received and process them

1. [ ] Handling GET Forms
2. [ ] Handling POST Forms
3. [ ] Handling JSON Data
4. [ ] Handling File Uploads

You can create PR's for each Types Separately (Depends how many you Implemented.)

Well, I plan to create a way to handle Form Data. (As you would in your usual back-end Frameworks (Flask, Django etc...)

[The Library primarily uses Webob, Whitenoise and WSGIAdapter]
