Refresh library automatically

Everytime you open yass (or at least open the library) it should refresh the library automatically to find new songs or modified songs.

Currently, it doesn't load the songs automatically if you have changed folder name, file name, and title /artist name. But it works if you press on refresh button.

Okay with fast HD / SSD. Will add this as option.
