The big refactoring mentioned in #61

Opening this PR already for discussing what to do with the huge amount of duplicated dependencies.

Current issues:

  • Duplicated dependencies
  • Strings in untis module might cause issues with translating?

I believe this PR will be too much effort to keep up-to-date. Splitting the app into different modules will gradually be done in the future when working on the networking/api and compose changes.
