Quest Issues

There seems to be a couple problems regarding quests right now. (Ill add further issues if I find them)

1. removeQuest marks the quest as complete instead of just removing it.
2. ~The Quest Journal is being sent the wrong info on login/zone change (opCode or packet change?)~
3. Aetheryte.onTalk is busted and just kicks you out of the event.
4. Aethernet.onTalk semi works but crashes the server.
5. Quests only give the first item when picking one. (eg. "Population Control")
6. You can still move after interacting with an object. (eg. The Quest "Covered in Roses" and picking up the "Azeyma Rose Hip"). You should be locked in place until the event is over like retail.
7. The Quest "Covered in Roses" cannot be completed. Trying to finish it kicks you out of the event.
8. A lot of Quests seem to be giving the wrong amount of EXP (eg. "Sylphic Gratitude")
9. You can accept Quests without being the required level (eg. "Quarrels with Squirrels")
10. The Quest "Passing Muster" should show as locked if you don't have ilvl 5 gear equipped. It currently does not and shows the complete quest icon.
11. The Quest "Chasing Shadows" has a buggy cam when accepting the quest. It should fade before it does the initial zoom in. But it does not.
