What are the licenses for these plugins?

It’s in the readme file

The PPC disassembly code is based on PPCD by org. Original code: https://code.google.com/p/ppcd/ The license for that is listed as "free opensource". This is too.

Ok, I'll have to ask the original author of PPCD what that means. What about the other plugins? Or does this apply to all of them?

It applies to this entire repository.

It essentially means the project is public domain and you can do whatever you want. But if you sell it, you're greedy and your customers are stupid.
