These can be tackled separately.

Proposed DB schema:

  • Medals - DbMedalClear table [DeviceAccountId, QuestId, CharaId, ClearCount]
  • By weapon type - DbWeaponClear table [DeviceAccountId, WeaponType, ClearCount]
