Arctis Nova 7X - inconsistent battery status

Description

Hello! I've been using HeadsetControl on Linux with this headphones for half a year without issues. Now I've moved to macOS 13.4.1 (M1 Pro 2021) and I see inconsistent battery check. Most of the time I get timeout error:

I think I'm using latest firmware (upgraded out of the box and been using on Linux with no issues). HeadsetControl installed using brew.
