No reproducibility when running on different machines

Hi!

I've been testing Minimac3 for a while and used it on two different servers with the exact same input data, reference panel, etc. The command was also the same. However, the resulting output (in terms of genotypes) was not reproducible when running on different machines, though it was reproducible when running several times on the same machine.

Is there a way to explicitly set a seed or fix it in any way to make Minimac3 runs reproducible? Any help would be appreciated.
