Waypoints over water do not capture

just like it says^ waypoints over water do not capture on the F10 map

if i had to guess i'd say its because water is "negative altitude" and the scripting doesn't know what to do with the hyphen it gets back from the OCR script .

easy to reproduce on Persian Gulf, just hover over any part of the water and press capture.

Excellent fork, just from looking through the change log you seem to have fixed most of the issues i encountered using this version. i'll give it a try next time i play DCS.
