Adds new features
Are there any plans for new features? If so, could you please add these:
- APK Signing
- Tracker Blocking? (Exodus Privacy)
- Able to select which user for installation
- Perform DEX optimization automatically when installing
Also some documentation explaining what Requester and Executor are exactly? And what Aithorize does. It's really not so obvious at all at first, especially after the major redesign
In simple terms, the requester and executor. For example, you request an app to install from the Play Store, the Play Store acts as the executor too for installing the app. to make it seems that it's from Play Store, you could sett it that way, and the default setting was PI as the requester and executor.
Authorize simply means giving permission to ask for apk installation.
This app, 'PI,' has so much potential. If you could just give it a chance to add new features, it could be even better.

It's insanely convenient as just an installer as well, I love running a dozen background installs at once, and bypassing all confirmation dialogs, with accurate notifications. It's my default installer. There is an app called "Install With Options..." that has more features, but most are for developers and it's slower and clunking.
This app PI is just so smooth and optimized and fast and I agree with you, the potential and even current usefulness is amazing (yet understated).
Especially because of Google's policies/behaviors always changing towards app installs not from Play Store.
PI used to have some more interface features like a history of previous installs, but I guess it wasn't so useful. The commitment to efficiency is appreciated even here though. Let the app be perfect at what it's core aim is, then add the features also perfectly after that.
The Dev is a funny and genius guy... His app description on F-Droid and GitHub are so understated. Though the lack of documentation, super simple interface, and allergy to adding features, etc. make it even all the more amazing - of course much of that stuff could and should be implemented in a way that satisfies the minimalist/efficiency-first priorities for the Dev. Maybe a plug-in system for extended feature sets or something even.
If you can think of any other use-cases for changing around Requester/Executor, please do share.
