Feature Request: Don't double-count watchtime

The total watchtime is bloated. Let me give you my situation as an example. There's a super long video (6+ hours) I watch, around 1/4th of the way through I stop and go do something else, I then later come back and watch another part of the video.

Eventually, my watch history would have 4 entries of this video. And for each one of those, it adds 6 hours to the total. The program now shows that I watched 24 hours, rather than the actual 6 hours.

It'd be great if there were an option to check if the video has already been added, if it has, don't add it to the total time. But this should probably be a toggle-able setting.
