How accurate is this?

youtube-wrapped Umm so yeah, I do watch alot of youtube but this shouldn't be accurate, right?

Definitely overestimates but hard to say how much

It counts the whole length of the video (not how much of it you watched)
If you continue watching a video at a different time it counts it as two full watches (and more)
