Discordbotlist upvote not working

Hi, the whole of yesterday and today, when I have tried to upvote discordbotlists.com, it doesn't work. i cant click on my profile either and it takes forever to load. I have tried deleting chrome and reinstalling, changing devices, and asking around if anyone knows how to fix this issue, to which I have had no luck. I even inspected the website using the inspect tool and spotted the text in the image below. Please help me.
