@Sangwan5688 you should remove the hacktoberfest topic to avoid misleading people into thinking their PRs will count.

Maybe consider using hacktoberfest21 or hacktoberfest2021 topics as an alternative and update the README to make it clear PRs to this repo are just for practice?
