I would love to sync my listening and likes with Youtube Music, or the ability to import everything from YTM account to Blackhole.

You can import playlists

I want to import my likes, which is a private playlist and can't be turned into unlisted. Only work around is to export Likes as .CSV file or .TXT using site like tunemymusic. But it will export both YTM and YT likes, as in I will have to spend prob 6hrs going through a long csv or txt and deleting the ones that aren't music.
