Importing a Spotify playlist is a hit or miss.
Describe the bug Almost half of the songs of any Spotify playlist that I import seem to be false matches.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Install Blackhole.
- Create a Spotify playlist with any number of songs. A higher sample size is better for checking for bugs.
- Import the playlist to Blackhole.
- Watch as anywhere from a few songs to almost half the songs from the Spotify playlist are wrongly matched and added to the Blackhole playlist.
Expected behavior All songs in the imported playlist are exact matches of the Spotify playlist.
Device Details (please complete the following information):

It looks to me like only the title of the song is being used to check for matches. Maybe adding other factors to the search, like album art, artist, year of release, etc. could make the matches much more accurate. The app is great, this is one of the only few issues I have with it.
Yeah man, facing the same issue
I feel like I should also clarify that the songs that Blackhole did not correctly identify, DO exist on Blackhole. I had 10/28 songs of a playlist wrongly identified as some other song of a similar name. But I could find all 10 of those songs and manually add them to the playlist.
Facing the same issue. Instead, I get lots of hindi songs in my imported playlist which I never have chosen. It seems the song are searched in a Hindi only database, but my song language setting is set to english nor none (I tried both settings, prefer None or all)
@daald Are you using a VPN? If you are outside India, you only get indian results. It is a restriction on JioSaavn's side, check #52 for more.
