openalpr-android for x64 architectures

Do you have openalpr libraries for x64 architectures (arm64, x86_x64, mips64)? Google needs to upload apks in 64 bits. This is a great limitation, please we need the new libraries.

Firstly thanks for a great library and all the work on it.

I'm in the same position as @AguGriguol , I've spent a couple of days now building various versions of the libopenalpr.so file from scratch but can't get any to work.

It means a major app I have can't be updated since Google won't accept the old 32 bit library. Any thoughts @SandroMachado ?
