RTL subtitles & Proxy v2
Some of the metadata are now missing again, like Hebrew. SRTs lack all RTL markers, and so do TTMLv2. TTMLv2 on the other hand has improved formatting that might be preferable to SRTs, although it might need some investigation.
Regardless, since the RTL information is lacking, it would require v2 of the MPD proxy that could allow us to cache, parse and edit GPR/MPD information, to better land our target.

This could also allow us to add the language selection functionalities separate from Kodi, as requested many times by the community.
