@davidozog Do you know when we would like to enable FI_MR_RMA_EVENT? I see that we have this configure flag, but I could not find anywhere when we recommend this flag.

This was going to be useful for the OPA-2 provider (to attach a counter to a memory region - and not use the default endpoint counter), but that was never released unfortunately.
