Like/dislike global shortcuts are hard to use

I've added like/dislike global shortcuts manually (edited config file). At the same time it's difficult to use it because:

1. There is no visual confirmation/notification that song is liked/disliked
2. If song is already liked, pressing 'like' shortcut silently removes 'like'

Ideally like/dislike global shortcut should do something like:

1. display notification that song was liked/disliked
2. If it's already liked/disliked, then probably do nothing or show popup like 'already liked, press second time to remove'
