Reproduction steps
- Start/restart youtube music deskop app.
Expected Behavior
Volume is at where I left it when Youtube music is closed.
Actual Behavior
The volume is maxed out even though the volume bar is not, The bar is where I left it when I closed the app or restarted my PC. It fixes itself when I adjust the volume at all.

I've created a PR addressing this issue. In the meantime, please enable the Precise Volume plugin and adjust the volume by scrolling anywhere on the player bar. This will save your current volume.
might be related to Exponential Volume plugin (Issue #3204) . try to disable the plug in.
