Reproduction steps

1. Open YouTube Music.
2. Play a video.
3. Switch to fullscreen mode. 4.Observe the settings button at the top right.

Expected Behavior

The settings button should be fully visible in fullscreen mode.

Actual Behavior

The settings button is partially cut off from the top.
