Nora app icon looks oversized on Mac

Hey, Noticed the Nora app icon shows up way bigger than other apps in both the dock and the launchpad on macOS. Not a huge deal, but it throws off the visual balance a bit. Might be worth resizing the icon to match the standard macOS icon sizing.
