Nora.app is "damaged and can’t be opened" on Mac (ARM version)

Device: MacBook M4 OS: macOS Sequoia 15.5 App version: Nora v3.1.0-stable Minor Update - Mac ARM release

Hey, I downloaded and installed the Mac ARM version of Nora from the latest GitHub release. But when I try to open it, macOS shows this error:

So I’m not able to launch the app at all.

Steps to reproduce:

Download the latest Mac ARM build from GitHub Install it on a Mac Try to open it macOS blocks it with the “damaged” message
